Development Role:
Designed for the launch of USRobotics new Personal Data Assistant, Pilot TM, the goals of this project were to not only sell the product to potential users, but to also serve as a tutorial for new users.
Two separate presentations, both of which fit on a floppy disk, were developed: A "Sales" version and a "User" version. Both included an Overview containing info on the benefits/features of the Pilot unit, an Accessory section and an Ordering section. The Tutorial section of the "User" version featured a guided, interactive tour through the many features of the product including simulations of the unique "Graffiti" handwriting recognition software built into the unit. The Tutorial section of the "Sales" presentation featured a condensed version of the Pilot's features.
